If you are lucky in your career you get to work for a leader like Eric Agius. I had the opportunity of working on Eric’s team for 4 years. I was part of a dynamic, diverse and high performing group of leaders that Eric brought together to lead a team of 4000+ known as, “CareNation”. As my direct leader, Eric gave me support I needed to grow and build my confidence as a leader, and the space and trust to make mistakes and learn. His guidance and sponsorship helped me establish myself as a key leader in Operations which resulted in me getting promoted to the next level as VP.
