I have had the opportunity to work with, and for, both Denice and Eric at various times in my career.  Both are individuals that I have learned some key foundational leadership lessons from.  I can attest to their passion for both employees and customers. The clarity they provided to me and my teams to connect our day-to-day actions to our overall vision, helped us understand the strategy and deliver exceptional results.

I have been working at Rogers Communications under the leadership of Denice for the last 3 years. While working at Rogers I have had the privilege of having Denice as my Department Director. Denice always has an “Open Door Approach” and this makes working on her team a pleasure. Denise is always approachable and encourages her team to always be at their best by providing constructive feedback. Any organization would be very lucky to have Denice on their team.

Eric is one of the most innovative and strategic people that I have ever work with. He has a proven track record of taking on key leadership roles and making each one a success. Along the way he has mentored countless individuals and left every organization that he has been involved with a much better place than when he arrived.

Authentic Leadership underscored with above the class raw skill and sense making. Eric brings to a business and each relationship an executive functioning based on high ethics and principle’s that guide people to do the “right thing, right!”. My time and experience with Eric where life and career changing. The mentorship, trusted relations and today, embossed mindset for life are indelible in me. For me and many others, his presence and authentic self are measures most aspire but can not reach.

I had the great privilege of working closely with Eric on Rogers’ Executive team. Not only is Eric extremely smart and insightful but his leadership skills are second to none. He was able to command huge amounts of respect from his teams across the country, in part, by being a leader who inspired and led by example. Eric is a culture builder. His team would run through walls for them because day in and day out he was their biggest cheerleader and advocate. Eric talks the talk and walks the walk. He can be tough when need be but is also a vulnerable leader who is very comfortable in his own skin. I’d work with him again in a heart beat.
